Ethical Performance Clothing is one of UK's largest online retailers of personalised school wear and sports clothing.
THE (SHORT) HISTORY OF EPC.
Ethical Performance Clothing Ltd started life on the 3rd of December 2007 when 2 members of the previous management team Tom Salter and Gary Johnson bought the manufacturing division from the receivers after the company they worked for went into administration.
THE PHILOSOPHY OF EPC.
We are a small UK manufacturing company that operate in a niche market. We manufacture bespoke high quality performance clothing to order, for schools, colleges and sports clubs that require a bespoke look and feel to their team wear.
We employ 10 people in total and we believe that each person in the company should feel that they have a stake in the business and that they understand how the company operates and what level of sales/profit the company has achieved every week, month and year; and that they can share in the financial success of the company. Our machinists are our most important asset, each one of them has a high level of skill to make even the most complicated garment right through to completion.
We offer a portfolio with fashionable and functional garments that we will continuously improve and update as we go through the year.
E.P.C will become widely known through an extensive and focused advertising campaign and we will be prominent at trade exhibitions and shows. We do not stand still and are currently working on other markets that we can offer our services to including: a bespoke sampling service, we have recently launched a popular range of training kits aimed at the martial arts sector.
We also offer a Ethical importing service, by Ethical we ensure that we visit the manufacturers ourselves and ensure that they operate to the same working practices that we would expect in our own company here in the UK.
We ensure that our suppliers and associates care as much about how and where their products are produced and purchased.
We recycle our waste products as much as we can and our factory utilises the most efficent recyling systems and process's.
It is our intention to put somthing back into the community (both local and further afield) our christmas gift this year is by way of sponsoring various projects and initiatives that will help people around the globe, we will inform our customers as we nearer to the season of goodwill.
We also ensure that any redundant stock goes to various charities both local and global.
